It’s hard to know where to start, so I’m trying to just go with the flow. If it does not make sense to you, just imagine what’s in my head. Through out my real life story, I protect some of the people I will write about. I will change certain people’s names. Hoping that through this whole blog, you will get inspired to tell your own story.
Whether this blog was done in writing or a video, it was going to be done. I honestly have never felt so lost and alone. Even comparing to somethings you have most likely already read.
It’s time to accept the ups and downs of life. We can’t expect to ride straight all the way. Time to buckle in and ride the waves of this thing called life. Accept the good with the bad and better yourself.
Getting goosebumps while being told by someone random your personal information is spooky. If only you could trust a stranger. This day sure set my beliefs straight. If only Danny and I had listened.
Only you can be the best influence in your life, become a better you now to lead you to a better life in the future. It is never too late to be the real you.
Can you believe it’s that time of the year already? I remember being a kid and feeling that time dragged on forever. My mum would say, “it goes quicker when you get older.” Boy was she right.
The following is an article from a man who writes about mental health issues on his own blog. His name is Patrick Bailey. Check out some of Patrick’s writings.
Below is an article he wrote coming from a girl he once met on a Spiritual Retreat. It rings close to home with my own Personal Story. Making other people happy despite the consequences of losing yourself, being afraid to even question “Who Am I”?
Reading Patrick’s articles makes me feel very honored to have him on Crammed Mind as a guest writer. Have a read and leave a comment below. Whether you are, have been or know of anyone that has felt so crippling of fear that you have no idea who you are.

I haven’t written anything in a while especially a Phil’s Ramble. I can be honest and admit that I am truly scared for what the future brings in todays society. For the world and especially our home, Australia. The subject matter can be seen as controversial. I am aware I may cop some criticism for speaking my mind, which is a risk I am willing to take.
